Trampolines are acceptable under the following guidelines:

1. To be placed at least 20′ from neighboring properties.
2. To be maintained in excellent condition at all times.
3. To be hidden from view from the golf course and/or street.
4. Not to be used after 9:30 PM or before 9:30 AM.
5. Must be approved by Design Review Committee prior to installation.
