Pool Rules and Regulations:
2024 Pool Season begins May 24, 2024 to September 2, 2024
We are looking forward to a great pool season in 2024 beginning with the Memorial Day weekend. Again, all residents must sign in with the attendant and show a picture ID. Drivers licenses or other government documents with a picture and Yankee Trace address are acceptable. Those who need a picture ID may obtain one on May 4th or May 11th from 9AM to 12 Noon at the Community Room at 915 Yankee Trace Drive. Proof of residency is required and pictures will be taken at that time with ID’s available at the big pool at the start of the season. If you are unable to attend these sessions please contact the Trustees at trustees@myyankeetrace.com. There is no cost for this service.
Guest Policy
Residents can now bring up to four guests at a time any day. Immediate family members will be permitted four (4) at no charge twice a month after which the guest fee will be a $4.00 person. All non-immediate family members will be charged a $4.00 visitor fee during each visit. Maximum capacity levels will remain as before: Capacity at the small pool will be a maximum of 34 members with 20 in the water. Capacity at the large pool will be a maximum of 85 members, with 44 in the water. Association dues must be current to enter the pool areas.
